The site organizes public data from the U.S. Treasury Federal Insurance Office, FEMA and the U.S. Census Bureau. The figures are historical averages, not quotes, offers or advice. We don’t sell insurance or recommend insurers. Your premium depends on your home, coverage and insurer. For decisions about coverage, talk to a licensed agent, your insurer or your state’s insurance department.

Accuracy and limits

Source data can contain errors, delays or gaps, and the most recent homeowners data is from 2022. See Methodology & sources for how the numbers are calculated and their limits. Check FEMA’s Flood Map Service Center for your official flood zone.

The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
